Any type of commission that violates these terms shall be cancelled. I have the right to refuse commissions.

GENERAL TERMS:

- Payment via Paypal/ Boosty (tutorial on Boosty can be provided);
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason;
- Finished pieces may or may not be posted online. If the client wishes the artwork to not be shared, it will be held confidential;
- Artwork process time is subjective, depending on the circumstances of the artist. (i.e Emergencies, Academics, Vacations, etc.) So there is no absolute deadline/date that the client will receive the artwork.Payment:- AT LEAST HALF of the final price should be sent before the sketch.
- Price may vary depending on the piece's complexity.
- For commissions over $400 payment plans are available.
- I do not provide refunds. Think wisely.Revisions:- Commission updates are sent every 3-4 weeks;
- Any changes can be made only during the sketch/ flat color process;
- Changes on final product may require extra fee unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.Copyright and usage:- I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects, unless agreed upon;
- I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as “pre-posed” at a later date;
- I reserve the right to decline your commission on any step without explanation with a refund based on work done.- You retain the rights to the IP;
- You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any commercial projects, unless agreed upon;
- You may resell it for the price you purchased it with, as long as it is not for reproduction such as prints, charms, stickers, etc.I DO NOT DRAW:- violence of any forms;
- heavily detailed characters;
- mecha;
- sexual-themed scenes with the participation of children or adults who look like children (God forgive me I have to clarify this to some people).
